Case Study: Miami Permit Presentation Package

The brief was not simply to produce exterior images. The real need was to prepare a package that would help the project be understood clearly during a Miami review process.
Somaz focused on three deliverables. First, street-level exterior views that made the scale, massing, and material language legible. Second, context imagery that showed how the house sat inside its neighborhood condition. Third, selected interior and transition views that made the use of the project easier to understand for non-design stakeholders.
The package was not treated as an isolated render service. It was structured as a communication layer inside a broader review workflow. That meant every image had to support architectural clarity rather than visual drama.
The result was a cleaner review process and stronger alignment between client expectations, the local technical path, and the way the project was presented externally.
This is exactly where Somaz is most useful in review-sensitive work: by making the proposal easier to understand before it reaches the next stage.
